Clubhouse: We operate and maintain our tennis facility ourselves. Everyone is required to keep the clubhouse clean. Therefore: clean sand shoes before entering, rinse out the shower after use, briefly wipe the changing room, put away glasses/cups, cushions, etc., close the doors.

Commitment: Our club thrives on the active participation of everyone. In addition to having fun with sports and games, this includes actively participating in events and tournaments as well as helping out with the care and maintenance of our tennis facility.

Floodlights: Playing under lights is permitted up to 10 p.m. at the latest. A contribution to VfV is neccesary to help finance the investment and operating costs.

Guest players: We welcome guests from members. Reserve a place in court booking before the game ("Gastspiel") and fill out a guest game slip (at the clubhouse). Put the note with money in the white mailbox in the clubhouse. Each guest may play 5x per year.

Dogs: Bringing dogs to the facility is tolerated under the following conditions: Dog owners are responsible for ensuring that the dog does not bother others, that the dog does all the excretions outside of the facility and does not stay in the clubhouse or on the courts. As soon as a member requests it, the dog must be leashed. Game utensils etc. are to be cleared away.

Children: Children of members and their guests are welcome. However, the responsibility for supervision remains with the parents. In addition, parents must ensure that children also comply with certain rules of conduct so as not to interfere with play.

Cooperation with the VfV: We have an agreement with our neighbors from the VfV. This allows the mutual free use of all 7 courts. In addition, many tournaments and events are common. Players can participate in teams of both clubs.

Teams: Participation in the team game is open and encouraged for everyone, depending on their suitability. Women's and men's teams regularly take part in TVBB association games (May/June), the mixed summer round (July/August) or the FVT leisure round (September).

Meet & Greet: To make it easier for new members to integrate, we have our popular "meet & greet". Here, under guidance, especially newcomers play with each other and get to know each other in a playful way. More experienced players are often present as well. Just drop by.

Use: The facility can also be used privately by members during the day. Use with guests must be reported to the Vorstand beforehand. However, guests can only use and settle courts as payed guestplayers "Gastspiel". It goes without saying that the facility and clubhouse are left in a clean condition.

Open game: Typically, playing partners are on the field, especially during training times. In addition to individual appointments for the game, we have various WhatsApp groups in which everyone can express game requests and to which the others then respond.

Court booking: Outside of times reserved in advance (training, team games, tournaments), all courts can be reserved in our “court booking” booking system. Booked seats always have priority. This does not rule out flexible rules among each other (e.g. swapping places or doubles). 1 hour can be booked for singles and 2 hours for doubles. If free, you can continue playing afterwards.

Court maintenance: Everyone wants to play on well-groomed courts, so always observe the maintenance rules! pre-game watering; Closing holes, peeling and cleaning lines after game, leaving courts clean. The instructions of the groundskeeper must be followed.

Key: Each member has free access to the entire tennis facility at all times. Everyone gets a key for a deposit. This remains the property of the club  and must be returned after membership has ended. When leaving, please make sure that the lights are off, the windows are closed, the patio blinds are retracted and all doors are locked.

Tournaments: We open the season with a ribbon tournament, followed by the team cup in summer and possibly other tournaments. At the same time, we have our cross-season club league. The tournaments are generally open to non-members and are advertised separately. Active participation from all is desired.

Training: The teams have fixed training times. In addition, our club trainers offer inexpensive individual or group training for adults and young people/children. Learn more about it from our sports director.

Consumption: Various chilled drinks are in the refrigerators in the clubhouse. Document each withdrawal in the red drinks book under your name. Please do not forget! The subsequent billing is then done with the beverage attendant. See notice for prices.

Behaviour: The concentration of the players is important, especially in point games. This is to be respected in the case of noise from telephoning, loud conversations, playing with children or dogs, etc.
